How our apprenticeship program works.

Part of building Aboshkal is building people. Our apprenticeship program gives young people a real start in the trades.

Many talented young people never find a way into skilled work. We want to change that by pairing them with experienced trades on real projects, where they learn by doing and are paid while they learn.

Learning on real projects.

Apprentices work alongside our team across carpentry, finishing and site coordination. They learn how to measure, cut, install and finish properly, and how to treat a client’s home with respect.

What we build changes spaces. Who we build up can change everything.
